Here is brief information.

 
Description of the job
    Preparing lecture plans, leading English language classes, assigning and correcting homework, testing,
    participating in staff meetings, and etc. for students ranging from children to adults
  The regular teaching hours would be approximately 30 hours per week

Qualification
    Native English speakers
  4-year university Bachelor degree in any field
  No teaching experience required

Salary & Benefits
    Most contracts provide for either a set monthly salary or a salary based on the number of hours taught
  One year renewable contract
  Normally you would be earning 1.8 to 2.3 million Korean Won per month

Benefits include :
Free fully furnished accommodation (single studio apartment or shared)
Free round trip air fare
Severance pay upon completion of your contract (one month's salary)
Medical insurance : 50% provided
Overtime paid at 17,000 ~ 23,000 Korean Won per hour
Work visa sponsorship
No fees

Taxes are approximately 3~7% of your salary, and an addtional 1.5~1.7% would be deducted for your health insurance. Please refer to the links given below.

When comparing this salary to a typical Western salary, make sure to consider the above considerable benefits such as the free housing (included in your contract), free airline ticket, lower taxes, and in general, far lower living expenses (depending on your situation, you may be required to pay taxes to the country you are from)
